A pioneering researcher on digital transformation, he wrote the award-winning book Leading Digital: Turning Technology Into Business Transformation and many other articles. Prior to that, he wrote two award-winning books on IT leadership topics and numerous articles for business and IT audiences. Seeing the employment impacts of advanced digital innovation, he is now launching an MIT initiative to help employers and educators to rethink the process of workforce learning around the world.
